Under the Regulation respecting the distribution of information and the protection of personal information, public bodies are required to distribute certain information on their website. This requirement reflects the government’s desire to offer citizens greater transparency. Our Access to Information section provides direct access to various documents prescribed by the Regulation.

In addition to the right of access to documents, the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information also grants all citizens the right of access to personal information that concerns them and the right to request that this information be corrected if it is inaccurate, incomplete or equivocal, or if the collection, release or keeping of the information is not authorized by law.

To exercise these rights, you may consult the documents available in this section.

If you wish to obtain access to information that is not available on our website or to personal information concerning you that is held by the Musée d’art contemporain de Montréal, you may submit this request to the access to information coordinator:

Marie-Claude Mongeon
General secretariat and strategic projects
Musée d’art contemporain de Montréal
4, Place Ville Marie suite 505
Montréal (Québec) H3B2E7

For other ways of communicating with us, see the Contact Us section of our site.

Certain restrictions apply. For more information about personal information or the procedure to follow, you may visit the website of the Commission d’accès à l’information. There you will find full details (available in English) on the types of recourse available, possible costs, time limits, etc., as well as request templates.

We also invite you to consult our policy of access to documents and protection of personal information (PDF, in French).
