- Artwork description
- Pea Soup, by Pierre Falardeau and Julien Poulin, is an ethnographic video on the Québécois tribe. The film is a collage, a puzzle, even, where interlocking images and sounds draw the portrait of a nation. Photographic images, text, and scenes shot in various locations such as factories, create a fragmented and virulent critique of Québec’s social and cultural differences.
