The spectacular artworks by new media artist Rafael Lozano-Hemmer will be a dynamic stimulus to the creativity of camp participants. Common themes—such as light, architecture and the silhouette—in Lozano-Hemmer’s technological installations will be used to inspire the creation of original images by participants. There will be lots of activities in the visual and digital arts, including image transfer, light projections, acrylic painting, collage, assemblage sculpture and silk-screening on T-shirts.

Guided by media specialists, the campers will enjoy a highly expressive experience. Every day will have fun new activities. At lunchtime, we’ll picnic in the MAC’s brand-new Sculpture Garden! On the menu: fun, cooperative games and new friends! At the end of the week, everyone’s artworks will be exhibited at a superb event in the Workshop rooms, delighting family and friends.
